The next match of the NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup is this weekend, and NJ/NY Gotham FC has a tough game ahead of them. The Bats won their first game of the summer tournament against the Chicago Red Stars in a penalty kick shootout, earning two points. They will be extremely threatening on goal, while Gotham has struggled at points to find the back of the net. Additionally, this will be a special home match for Gotham. They are playing at Subaru Stadium in Pennsylvania. New York City FC fans know this place quite well, for it is the home of the Philadelphia Union. The Bats have fans in the state, so this gives those who cannot always make it to Red Bull Arena a chance to see the team live.
