On Wednesday, NJ/NY Gotham FC will continue their CONCACAF W Champions Cup journey as they take on Frazsiers Whip Football Limited. The Bats will hopefully win after their match against C.F. Monterrey Femenil ended in a draw. However, the Jamaican team has struggled in all of their Champions Cup matches, losing the first three.
Therefore, Gotham FC should, on paper, win this week. They have a strong enough roster where there are multiple options for Juan Carlos Amorós to choose from. It might be a good idea to give someone like Tierna Davidson a rest. The center-back has started the last five games and the ladies have a busy month ahead of them.
Meanwhile, fans can expect Ella Stevens to start since she came off the bench during the weekend clash against the Kansas City Current. If Crystal Dunn is available, then she would likely start since she missed the Current fixture altogether.
