It’s not all sunshine and rainbows when it comes to being a football manager, behind the suit, there’s a lot going on. For New York City FC‘s gaffer, Patrick Vieira, already three games into the the 2016 campaign and issues are arising.

Not major issues, just minor speed bumps that every head coach goes through, for a first timer however, these issues are a little more bumpier. Since this is Vieira’s first professional coaching job, the pressure is higher and everything starts to get a bit tense.

In his first three games, he’s gained a number in each column as he’s picked up three points in the season opener, earned one point in the second meeting and took his first loss this past Friday. Now, it’s time to look ahead to this Saturday as his club will take on the New England Revolution and it’s the third game of this four game home stretch. It’s important for Vieira to gain another win as he’s got the home field advantage.

This week however, despite being at home, there are some concerns that Vieira needs to deal with, so we’ve jotted down the top three.
